Sports officials make the games we love possible. They are mentors, teachers, parents, students, and professionals who step onto the field to serve the game. Unfortunately, officials across the country are leaving sports due to disrespect and abuse.
By signing the Officially Human Respect Pledge, you are committing to help create a culture of respect in youth sports. Together, we can protect the future of the games we love.
The Pledge

• Treat officials, coaches, players, and fans with dignity.
• Set a positive example for young athletes.
• Support a culture where sportsmanship matters more than winning.
